<p>- Understanding of payments and banking domain fundamentals required<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for native and hybrid mobile applications (Android/iOS).<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tool like Appium.<br/><br/>- Conduct API testing as part of end-to-end validation of mobile workflows.<br/><br/>- Contributing to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes.<br/><br/>- Assisting in root cause analysis and providing detailed documentation of defects and test results.<br/><br/>- Supporting test execution in CI/CD environments and integrating test automation into pipelines.<br/><br/>- Knowledge on ticket tools such as JIRA must.<br/><br/>- Participate in critical design activities to assure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested.<br/><br/>- Effective at quickly understanding technology and explaining it in non-technical terms.<br/><br/>- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with developers to resolve issues as and when required.<br/><br/>- Analysing trends of bugs and getting them fixed.<br/><br/>- Be aware of product updates, ux trends and new technologies.<br/><br/>- Use multiples platforms like JIRA, Git, AWS, Jenkins, firebase, Grafana etc.<br/><br/>- Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, product managers and other team members.<br/><br/>- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet the deadlines.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills and Experience : </b><br/><br/>- Tech graduates with 3 to 4 years of experience.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Appium<br/><br/>- Proficient in any scripting language : Java, Python, JavaScript<br/><br/>- Experience in testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of mobile testing strategies, UI interactions, and device-specific behaviours.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of ADB commands, simulators, emulators, and real-device testing.<br/><br/>- Exposure to mobile performance and crash analysis tools.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle, QA methodologies, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.<br/><br/>- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of cross-browser testing using tools like BrowserStack.<br/><br/>- Maintain a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines.<br/><br/>- Strong sense of teamwork, personal integrity, responsibility & accountability<br/><br/>- Analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Familiar with Best Practices in Test Automation<br/><br/>- Test it to break it attitude<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in SQL queries.<br/><br/>- Working experience of a startup.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
