<p><p><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for Salesforce applications, integrations, and platform customizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validate functionality across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.
g., Sales, Service, Experience, Health Cloud) and user personas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers and admins to understand requirements, user stories, and testable criteria.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic </p><p>Testing, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform regression, smoke, and functional testing on new features and during release cycles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validate changes across environments (dev, QA, staging, production) and ensure test data integrity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and release readiness activities in Agile environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Raise clear and actionable bug reports with supporting screenshots, logs, and reproduction steps.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track test coverage, execution results, and quality metrics over time.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data governance requirements during testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in UAT coordination and release validation efforts with business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve testing processes, documentation, and tool usage across the QA : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platform testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience validating Salesforce features across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and third-party managed packages.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and environment strategies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Note : This is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and requirements of the position described above.
