<p><b>Roles and Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and manage team of QA.<br/><br/>- Organize, manage, and assist manual and automated test engineers to ensure minimal production defect leaks.<br/><br/>- Establish QA metrics and reporting dashboards for up and down stream stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Establish User Personas in collaboration with Product Management and team.<br/><br/>- Facilitate the decomposition of business requirements, into Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria<br/><br/>- Create SOP's and thoroughly execute Acceptance Tests.<br/><br/>- Organize and manage manual and automated test case libraries.<br/><br/>- Participate in deployment testing exercises as needed.<br/><br/>- Participate in all SCRUM events, including Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, daily stand-up, and Sprint Review<br/><br/>- Keep abreast of changes in technology, standards, and relevant developments in IT & testing by maintaining professional competency through training, reading, and linkages with professional organizations.<br/><br/>- Collaborate effectively with team members and others in the organization to resolve testing issues.<br/><br/>- Produce timely reports and documentation of QA teamwork.<br/><br/>- Identify training requirements to improve team productivity.<br/><br/>- Read customer complaints and feedback to identify areas of improvement.<br/><br/><b>Key Skills & Desired Experience :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any relevant field.<br/><br/>- Good communication Skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent in People management and Client management.<br/><br/>- Updated knowledge regarding methodologies of quality assurance and standards.<br/><br/>- Proven experience of 4-5 years as a quality assurance manager.<br/><br/>- Excellent knowledge and understanding of testing processes along with team management.<br/><br/>- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Relay board, Serial Prots testing.<br/><br/>- Hands-On experience in JIRA, SharePoint.<br/><br/>- Good knowledge of automation frameworks , Selenium and JMeter .<br/><br/>- Clear understanding of product analysis and statistical methods.<br/><br/>- Any relevant certification of quality control is a significantly strong advantage.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
