Urgent! Quality Assurance Lead - Automation Testing Job Opening In Bengaluru – Now Hiring Quadagile Consulting
<p><p>Our client is seeking a QA Lead whose primary responsibility is to drive test automation, ensuring early detection of bugs and issues before the software reaches end-users, thereby maintaining the products quality and :</b><br/><br/></p><p>The QA Lead is responsible for managing the overall system test strategy and functions for all products.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive the software quality assurance life cycle within an Agile process in collaboration with the development teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish test strategies, and develop automated tests to ensure that the product releases meet the highest standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain testing progress, test coverage, and quality reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute test cases and analyze the results to identify any bugs or issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Creating, maintaining, executing scripts during system-level, regression and smoke testing in various environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot issues and provide support to the development team during the testing and debugging process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure the software is functioning correctly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in understanding project goals, individual role operations, the delivery process, identify testing dependencies, highlight issues, and risks to project team<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Hands on experience with Python and Selenium<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role, with at least 6 years of experience testing web applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience leading a team and mentoring more junior members.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge in QA test tools and frameworks especially Selenium<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to develop scalable and reusable automation test scripts and execute them in an Agile/Scrum-based development environment</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience documenting KPIs and metrics including quality and test coverage reports<br/><br/></p><p>- Good experience with both front end and API testing, both manual and automated<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and issues.<br/><br/><b>Bonus Points :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Comfort in setting up a CI/CD environment with test setup integration knowledge<br/><br/></p><p>- Working with eCommerce applications, specifically those that use Stripe as a payment processing system<br/><br/></p><p>- Awareness of Robot Framework</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
