Provide technical support and guidance during product releases and post-release activities.<br/><br/>Roles and Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications<br/><br/>- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand application functionality and testing requirements.<br/><br/>- Ensure data integrity standards<br/><br/>- Plan, develop, execute, maintain and improve Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts for Web and Database applications<br/><br/>- Proficient in scripting test cases with JAVA/selenium & TestNG.<br/><br/>- Experience in Cypress & JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Identify areas for improvement in the quality system<br/><br/>- Accurately report and track testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes<br/><br/>- Identify process and application issues and provide suggestions to improve<br/><br/>- Learn new technologies and adapt to them as needed<br/><br/>- Identify and deploy automation solutions based on changing project needs<br/><br/>Key Skills :<br/><br/>- Experience in automated testing, with a focus on web applications.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).<br/><br/>- Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (eg, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).<br/><br/>- Experience with other test automation tools (eg, Selenium, WebDriverIO).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with BDD frameworks (eg, Cucumber) and Gherkin syntax.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.<br/><br/>- Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (eg, Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.<br/><br/>- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
