whenever required</p><br/><p><b>Technical Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications</p><br/><p>- Excellent verbal & written communication in English</p><br/><p>- .NET Core (Ver 6 onwards), BDD, Unit Testing, Automation Testing framework, API Automation, Azure</p><br/><p><b>Mandatory Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- 7+ years of overall Development, QA/Automation experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead/architect role</p><br/><p>- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core (Ver 6 onwards)</p><br/><p>- Proven track record in designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch</p><br/><p>- Expertise in BDD methodologies and tools such as SpecFlow, Cucumber, or similar</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of various testing frameworks (NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience in Azure serverless architecture (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus)</p><br/><p>- Experience automating event-driven systems and Azure Table Storage operations</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in API automation and service-level testing</p><br/><p>- Ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers, driving quality culture across teams</p><br/><p>- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills</p><br/><p><b>Technical Skills (Nice to have / Optional) : </b></p><br/><p>- Any certification in Software Engineering process / practices / languages / framework</p><br/><p>- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)</p><br/><p>- Experience in testing microservices and distributed systems</p><br/><p>- Knowledge LLM (OpenAI), AI Tool for Test Automation</p><br/><p>- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)</p><br/><p>- Experience in integrating test automation into build/release processes</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust automation frameworks from the ground up</p><br/><p>- Guide and mentor a team of engineers to establish best practices in automation, quality assurance, and testing methodologies</p><br/><p>- Architect and build automation solutions using .NET Core (version 6 onwards), BDD tools like SpecFlow or Cucumber, and popular testing frameworks</p><br/><p>- Implement API automation and service-level testing to ensure reliability and performance of distributed systems</p><br/><p>- Drive automation initiatives for event-driven Azure architectures, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, and Service Bus</p><br/><p>- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation processes into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools</p><br/><p>- Promote a quality-first mindset and continuous improvement culture across engineering teams</p><br/><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and testing challenges efficiently</p><br/><p>- Contribute to defining and refining QA/automation strategy aligned with business goals and technology roadmap</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
