<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>Job Summary :<br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing QA team.<br/><br/>In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.<br/><br/>Youll work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify issues, suggest improvements, and help deliver a seamless end-user experience.<br/><br/>This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about software quality, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Review and analyze system specifications and user requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using test management and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, qTest).<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform manual and (optionally) automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand features and functionality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validate product fixes and ensure defects are resolved before release.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to test documentation, release notes, and quality metrics reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure software releases meet both business and technical requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve testing strategies, processes, and tools.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5-7 years of experience in software QA, preferably in Agile environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).<br/><br/></p><p>- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience testing web applications and/or APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with browser dev tools and responsive design testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good communication and collaboration skills</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
