<p>Job Description :<br/><br/>As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in the testing lifecycle, from test design and execution to defect management and stakeholder coordination.<br/><br/> You will work closely with development teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that all requirements are met and that our digital solutions meet the highest standards of quality.<br/><br/> Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.<br/><br/>Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Conduct functional testing of CB UAE Payments & Clearing systems and flows.<br/><br/>- Perform hands-on testing of domestic and international payment systems.<br/><br/>- Test NPSS, PACs messages, and MT to MX message flows.<br/><br/>- Execute Mobile Device testing and Merchant POS terminal machine testing.<br/><br/>- Perform QR code testing.<br/><br/>- Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure adherence to design specifications.<br/><br/>- Perform FIGMA flow verification testing.<br/><br/>- Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements (BRs).<br/><br/>- Ensure test execution aligns with agreed-upon plans and timelines.<br/><br/>- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.<br/><br/>- Conduct defect triage meetings and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.<br/><br/>- Provide daily execution tracker analysis and consolidated defect reports.<br/><br/>- Attend daily stand-up meetings (DSMs) and provide updates on testing progress.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution.<br/><br/>- Communicate effectively via emails, MS Teams, and phone calls.<br/><br/>- Arrange and facilitate team alignment calls.<br/><br/>- Monitor and support testing team activities.<br/><br/>- Highlight and escalate testing team concerns and challenges.<br/><br/>- Provide updates to the TCoE Management.<br/><br/>- Prepare daily status reports (DSRs) and weekly status reports (WSRs).<br/><br/>- Obtain clarification on functionalities and follow up for sign-offs.<br/><br/>- Maintain and manage JIRA for test case and defect tracking.<br/><br/>Requirements :<br/><br/>Technical Skills :<br/><br/>- Strong functional knowledge of CB UAE Payments & Clearing systems and flows.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with domestic and international payment systems.<br/><br/>- Experience with NPSS, PACs messages, and MT to MX message flows.<br/><br/>- Experience with Mobile Device testing and Merchant POS terminal machine testing.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in UI/UX testing and FIGMA flow verification.<br/><br/>- Experience with QR code testing.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in JIRA for test and defect management<br/><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
