<p>About the job:<br/><br/>Role Overview:<br/><br/>- We are seeking an experienced Test Delivery Manager - Digital Wealth & Banking Integration to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for the implementation of a Digital Wealth platform using Comarch.<br/><br/>- This role requires deep expertise in digital wealth management and test leadership, with the ability to design test strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with client and organizational quality standards.<br/><br/>- The Test Manager will be accountable for overall testing quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with Comarch product teams, banking stakeholders, and offshore QE resources.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Lead the end-to-end QE strategy for Comarch platform implementation in a digital wealth environment.<br/><br/>- Define test strategies across wealth use cases, integration with banking systems, and cloud deployments.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Comarch product and implementation teams to align on release quality.<br/><br/>- Manage cross-functional QE resources, including functional, automation, performance, and UX.<br/><br/>- Report quality metrics to both the bank's digital leadership and Comarch stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Take overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery.<br/><br/>- Act as a key driver of test improvement initiatives.<br/><br/>- Develop test strategies, overall plans, resource requirements, allocation, and identify technical skill needs.<br/><br/>- Interact with client teams on project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.<br/><br/>- Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with client and QualityKiosk processes.<br/><br/>- Consolidate and report metrics for all project activities.<br/><br/>- Manage project knowledge and maintain documentation.<br/><br/>- Create test designs, execution plans, and testing schedules.<br/><br/>- Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently.<br/><br/>- Track project milestones and deliverables.<br/><br/>- Manage and monitor offshore team performance.<br/><br/>- Provide inputs and clarifications to the offshore team as needed.<br/><br/>- Track and manage new requirements arising during the project.<br/><br/>- Conduct daily defect discussions and ensure timely resolution.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore processes and agreed timelines.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with users for inputs, reviews, and approvals.<br/><br/>- Take responsibility for metrics measurement and implementation.<br/><br/>- Report on testing activities, including results, test suite coverage, test case creation, and defect tracking.<br/><br/>- Ensure strict adherence to testing processes.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with client teams for UAT.<br/><br/>Must-Have Skills:<br/><br/>- Proven experience with Digital Wealth implementation.<br/><br/>- Strong background in QE/Test Management for large-scale financial platforms.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to manage offshore teams and drive timely, high-quality deliveries.<br/><br/>Good-to-Have Skills:<br/><br/>- Experience in Mobile Banking, Onboarding Channels, or Internet Banking.<br/><br/>- Hands-on exposure to Comarch Wealth Management solutions.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with UAE market practices</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
