<p><p>This is a full-time on-site role as a Test Manager based in Mumbai at QualityKiosk Technologies.<br/><br/> The Test Manager will be responsible for test execution, test management, test strategy development, testing, and creating test cases.<br/><br/></p><p>Job Description :</p><p><br/></p><p>- The role involves overseeing the testing process, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in testing methodologies.<br/><br/>- 12+ years of experience in Mobile Internet banking(Corporate/Retail Internet Banking), Payments, Forex, WMS or Cash Management or Trade Finance, Loans, Lending, LOS, LMS-preferable banking projects.<br/><br/>- Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.<br/><br/>- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.<br/><br/>- Manage testing resources, including test engineers, testers, and automation engineers, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on testing priorities.<br/><br/>- Analyse test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.<br/><br/>- Drive the resolution of defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.<br/><br/>- Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines.<br/><br/>- Provide leadership and mentorship to testing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous :</b></p><br/></p><p>- Test Execution, Test Management, and Test Strategy skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Testing and Test Cases expertise.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of pre-sales, Estimation, SOW, Test Strategy, Test Planning, Defect Management, Quality Metrics, DSR,WSR,MSR, Stakeholder Management, Handling tough clients, Negotiation skills, Documenting evidence, Test Design, Quality Gates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in developing test strategies and methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.<br/><br/></p><p> - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
