As a Quant Analytics Manager in Customer Experience Analytics within the Decision Sciences team, you will lead efforts to transform data into actionable insights that drive business value and enhance client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities
Lead partnerships with Operations stakeholders and Product groups to drive data-informed strategiesBuild business cases, design tests, and analyze pilot program performance to inform customer strategiesAnalyze customer interactions across channels to identify journeys and friction pointsDevelop and report on Operations performance metrics and KPIs using advanced analytical toolsCreate self-serve tools to empower decision-makers with real-time informationMentor and coach a team of data professionals, driving consistent high performanceRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field and twelve years of applied data analytics experienceHands-on experience in system design, data analysis, and operational stabilityProficient in at least four data analytics tools or technologies (SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx)Strong database skills and ability to write, optimize, and tune complex SQL scriptsDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects end-to-end, and deliver under strict timelinesExcellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholdersSolid understanding of IT processes, databases, and analytics data hub developmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience in financial services or consulting supporting financial firmsFamiliarity with big data disciplines, AWS, and Agile methodologiesHands-on experience with sourcing, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured dataGrowth mindset and passion for continuous learning and sharing industry knowledge
