<p> Key Account Manager </p><p><br/></p><p>Role & Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Manage our key accounts portfolio with the GCP business unit (BU)<br/><br/>- Achieve assigned strategic account objectives such as revenue, account growth, key stakeholder relationship development, etc.<br/><br/>- Establish long-term client relationships by being the go-to-partner to address key technology and business challenges<br/><br/>- Establish and manage regular communication channels with the customer and be the single point of - contact for all account growth and expansion activities within the account.<br/><br/>- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs through proactive outreach and cadence<br/><br/>- Lead all pre-sales efforts by working closely with different partners, capabilities, and industry resources in the organization to help achieve customers objectives<br/><br/>- Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner and be the point of contact for all customer-related queries<br/><br/>- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams, such as partners and technology practices within the organization<br/><br/>- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers and expand presence in the customer landscape<br/><br/>- Monitor and manage sales performance metrics<br/><br/>- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts<br/><br/>Skills required:<br/><br/>- You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services, which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential, and deep quantitative subject matter expertise; therefore, self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred.<br/><br/>- Experience in selling services into the automotive industry is required<br/><br/>- 7+ Years of overall experience<br/><br/>- Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account executive<br/><br/>- Solid sales experience in Enterprise sales in Insurance<br/><br/>- 5+ years of technology or technology sales experience.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of the technology/software business landscape<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with CRM and other account management tools and frameworks<br/><br/>- Understanding of sales performance metrics<br/><br/>- An ability to address customer requests and manage SLAs<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships<br/><br/>- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude<br/><br/>- Availability to travel as needed<br/><br/>- Experience selling Data Management, AI/ML, and/or Cloud Services/Solutions is a strong plus<br/><br/>- Channel sales experience working with partners is a plus<br/><br/>- Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Masters Degree/MBA is a plus<br/><br/>- Good communication, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills<br/><br/>- Strong team player and ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team<br/><br/>- Self-driven and strong aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a passion for developing new value-added AI-based solutions for clients across a variety of industries<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
