<p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Highly curious about Business Process, experience in optimizing and automating processes 3+ years of experience designing and building solutions in Quickbase<br/><br/>- Experience establishing and nurturing relationships at all customer levels, from C-suite to individual contributors<br/><br/>- 2+ years working with relational databases, SaaS integration services, and integrating with enterprise software systems Understanding and experience defining and managing key metrics, including financial targets, industry-standard metrics<br/><br/>- Strong experience with Workato<br/><br/>- Strong experience needed, number of years of experience are less relevant.
But expertise should be corresponding to a senior, demonstrating ability to support without needing much oversight or guidance.
<br/><br/>- Preferred engagement model is Time & Material.
But open to exploring other options for a short term<br/><br/><b> Ideally you will have :</b><br/><br/>- BS/BA degree (Computer Science or Business degree preferred) Experience working with ERP solutions and enterprise software systems General working knowledge of API's<br/><br/><b>Additional Requirements :<br/></b><br/>- Flexibility for Travel<br/><br/>- Effective contributing member in a small, high-performance team Excellent persuasive, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain business applications in Quickbase tailored to client-specific workflows.<br/><br/>- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and delivering optimized, automated solutions.<br/><br/>- Integrate Quickbase with external systems using tools like Workato and REST APIs.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Establish, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial and industry-specific metrics.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Quickbase (design, development, and administration).<br/><br/>- Strong expertise with Workato - able to design and implement integrations with little to no supervision.<br/><br/>- 2+ years of experience working with relational databases, SaaS applications, and enterprise system integrations.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of APIs and experience in connecting Quickbase to ERP and enterprise platforms</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
