 Job Description – Trend Research & Future Intelligence
 Proactive research support to capture segment specific consumer trends & technology
 needs.
 1.
Integrate insights from different sources (desk research) to develop a holistic
 technology & consumer trends insights that are impactful & actionable.
 2.
Build strong research database that integrate current understanding of key
 products & customer insights which can be useful before kicking off any study.
 3.
Formalizing the research brief, with clear buy in of objectives from key
 stakeholders and mapping the research reports.
 4.
Travel and conduct fieldwork action for various researches.
Optimal customer
 visits, periodically, to capture dipstick information from market/dealers.
 5.
Discover, evaluate, and track internal/external industry trends that may be
 relevant to Company portfolio, specifically from the point of view of providing
 technological solutions for evolving customer habits.
 Other Key Responsibility:
  The position will be responsible to capture consumer/technology trends and insights
 which can inspire Research Flow concepts.
  Build effective database for all research related findings.
  Develop bi-monthly & annual trend reports through desk research. 
 Educational Background:
 Bachelor’s degree-B Tech
 MBA preferred
 Design Thinking (Preferred)
 Work Experience:
  4-6 Years
  Automotive exposure preferred
  Experience in Trend Research/Customer Insights or equivalent
 Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role
  Inclination towards innovation & technology research for automotive industry
  Understanding of latest Trends in automotive Industry
  Ability to grasp new ideas with an innate curiosity
  Highly resilient, proactive and responsive to ever evolving context.
