<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>We are seeking a Software Engineer II in QA who is passionate about testing high quality cybersecurity products.<br/><br/>Our ideal teammate possesses a natural curiosity, sharp analytical skills, and is excited to drive improvements on behalf of customers.<br/><br/> We are looking for an individual that can drive quality initiatives, build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of stakeholders, develop repeatable processes and automation for testing, and help deliver results.<br/><br/>If youre passionate about solving complex problems at scale and want to join a fast-paced organization with meaningful impact to customers by delivering quality products, then wed like to talk to you.<br/><br/></p><p><b>In this role, you will : <br/></b><br/>- Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as engineering and support teams, to clarify requirements for QE deliverables.<br/><br/>- Assist the team in overcoming technical hurdles and unblock daily operations.<br/><br/>- Gain a thorough understanding of each product under test, including its use cases, execution/data flow, and configuration, to provide efficient quality improvement strategies.<br/><br/>- Contribute to team discussions and assist in planning deliverables.<br/><br/>- Advocate for quality within development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.<br/><br/>- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.<br/><br/>Additionally, perform typical QE tasks such as : <br/><br/>- Maintaining, executing, and creating automated tests.<br/><br/>- Managing test environments.<br/><br/>- Creating and maintaining test plans.<br/><br/><b>The skills youll bring include, not limited to : <br/></b><br/>- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Testing and QE.<br/><br/>- Experience in developing and testing systems that scale for performance and load.<br/><br/>- Self-directed, motivated, collaborative, high-energy, with a diligent work ethic.<br/><br/>- Experience with automation frameworks e.g. RobotFramework, Cucumber, NUnit, Playwright or Selenium<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent defect tracking tools<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, OpenStack and VMware is a plus<br/><br/>- Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL language(s)<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
