Requirements 7+ years of frontend development experience Strong expertise in React.js with a focus on reusable components and clean code Proficient in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js Deep understanding of REST APIs, with exposure to GraphQL or gRPC Hands-on experience with various rendering strategies: SSR, SSG, CSR, ISR Solid testing experience using Jest and Playwright for unit, integration, and E2E testing Proven ability to lead frontend projects from design to deployment Skilled in designing and building high-quality frontend applications Experience running internship or mentorship programs Ability to conduct effective code reviews and maintain a clean codebase Familiarity with AI tools like LLMs and how they can enhance development workflows Strong collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers Clear communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to clients and non-tech stakeholders Comfortable working in agile environments and delivering projects on time Demonstrated ability to make informed tech stack decisions for new projects Proactive in identifying and resolving API-related or integration issues Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with the team Team player with a mentoring mindset and a focus on achieving business goals Benefits We dont just hire employeeswe invest in people.

7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles Proven ability to oversee a team of senior, junior data scientists, and interns Experience in planning and prioritizing projects aligned with business goals Strong mentorship skills to guide and upskill team members on new techniques and solutions Ability to manage team workload and ensure efficient delivery End-to-end experience designing ML systems, from data gathering to deployment Deep involvement in machine learning research and implementation of academic papers Experience with generative AI and large language models Proficient in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to complex problems Strong project management and leadership capabilities Comfortable with client interactions and delivering high-level presentations Solid understanding of statistics and probability Expert-level Python programming and object-oriented design skills Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms Hands-on experience with ML/DL libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch Expertise in ML algorithms including Logistic/Linear Regression, Gradient Descent, Decision Trees, and SVM Strong experience with Transformer-based architectures and LLMs Ability to read, interpret, and implement advanced ML research papers Skilled in building LLM applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
