The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of JavaScript and React.js, along with experience in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and modern UI frameworks.<br/><br/>As part of the development team, you will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create intuitive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design and develop responsive, reusable, and scalable front-end components using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).<br/></p><p><br/>- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.<br/></p><p><br/>- Translate design wireframes and business requirements into functional, efficient, and elegant front-end solutions.<br/></p><p><br/>- Maintain and improve existing applications for better performance, usability, and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement state management using tools such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.<br/></p><p><br/>- Optimize components for maximum performance across different web-capable devices and browsers.<br/></p><p><br/>- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.<br/></p><p><br/>- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure code quality.<br/></p><p><br/>- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.<br/></p><p><br/>- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end Skills & Qualifications :</b></p></p><p><br/>- 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer or React.js Developer.<br/></p><p><br/>- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.<br/></p><p><br/>- Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, and React Router.<br/></p><p><br/>- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.<br/></p><p><br/>- Experience in state management using Redux, MobX, or Context API.<br/></p><p><br/>- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, or Yarn.<br/></p><p><br/>- Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.<br/></p><p><br/>- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).<br/></p><p><br/>- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.<br/></p><p><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.<br/></p><p><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).<br/></p><p><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.<br/></p><p><br/>- Understanding of Micro Frontend Architecture and Component Libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI).<br/></p><p><br/>- Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
