<p><p><b>Job Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and effectiveness.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and implement inside sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and maintain sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management, to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align inside sales efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive
