Job Overview

Wings Global Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity for freshers based in Jaipur, Bhopal, Indore, Aurangabad, Jamshedpur, Bhubaneswar, and Dehradun.

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent to support our innovative projects.

With a work experience requirement of 0 to 1 year, this role is designed for those at the beginning of their recruiting careers, eager to make an impact in a leading engineering services company.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process and effectively manage candidate information from application to hire.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques to efficiently filter and identify potential candidates across various job boards and platforms.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with industry-specific top-tier talent to fulfill organizational staffing needs.
  • Skilled in candidate sourcing with an ability to creatively attract and engage top talent through diverse channels and strategies.
  • Proficient in interview scheduling software, ensuring a seamless and coordinated interview process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to conduct talent market analysis to understand trends and drive strategic recruitment decisions that align with business goals.
  • Experience in candidate relationship management, fostering positive interactions and maintaining engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and enhancing their initial experience with the company.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for a variety of positions.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing techniques including job boards, social networks, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
  • Review applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit within the company culture.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, facilitating the hiring process efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, aiding new employees in a smooth transition and integration into their roles and the company.
  • Continuously evaluate recruitment metrics and trends to enhance sourcing techniques and the overall recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs, adapting strategies as necessary.
