Contribute to system test methodologies, test plans, and highly effective test automation by creating and executing automated system tests that replicate real-world scenarios.<br/><br/> - Create and set up test scenarios and test data as needed.<br/><br/> - Write code to simulate tests and build various testing tools by working alongside other engineers and championing code quality principles.<br/><br/> - Deliverables include code builds and documented test results.<br/><br/> - Participate in tool analysis, create proof-of-concept models, and make recommendations to support the tool selection process.<br/><br/> - Participate in reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications and program code with other members of the engineering team, effectively communicating design, requirements, feature sets, functionality, and system/application limitations.<br/><br/> - Proactively collaborate with product managers from inception through functional validation to launch, continuously identifying potential quality issues or bugs, and providing triaging and root cause analysis support to engineers.<br/><br/> - Provide cross-training and education to testing personnel as needed.<br/><br/> - Assist in the collection of test metrics, analyze trends, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.<br/><br/> - Identify and report software defects appropriately and follow the defined defect lifecycle.<br/><br/> - Adhere to standard development processes and procedures.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with various teams to promote QA processes, practices, and standardization.<br/><br/> - Provide training, guidance, and feedback to testing team - 47 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on Automation Testing, along with Manual Testing and handling customer tickets.<br/><br/> - Bachelor's Degree (BTech / BE / MS / MTech) in CS/IT/ECE/EE/Data Science/AI/ML or any related technical field.<br/><br/> - Strong experience in UI Automation and API Automation.<br/><br/> - Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation development.<br/><br/> - Hands-on with at least one automation framework like WebDriverIO, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.<br/><br/> - Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or equivalent.<br/><br/> - Proficient in one or more programming languages, preferably Java or Python.<br/><br/> - Experience with Mocha, Chai, Jest, or SuperTest is preferred.<br/><br/> - Strong API testing experience using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SuperTest.<br/><br/> - Good understanding of microservices architecture and testing strategies for distributed systems.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), preferably GCP.<br/><br/> - Experience with NoSQL DBs (preferably MongoDB) or SQL DBs.<br/><br/> - Good understanding of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.<br/><br/> - Ability to write detailed Test Plans and Test Cases covering all edge conditions (+ve, -ve, boundary, corner).<br/><br/> - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.<br/><br/> - Strong sense of ownership for assigned modules/projects and ability to drive QA efforts independently.<br/><br/><b>When You Join Reputation, You Can Expect.</b><br/><br/> -
