Deliverables will include code builds and documented test results.<br/><br/> - Participate in tool analysis, creates proof of concept models, and makes recommendations to support the tools selection process.<br/><br/> - Participate in reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications and program code with other members of the engineering team, communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to team.<br/><br/> - Proactively involved with product managers right from inception through functional validation to launch, while always looking for potential quality issues/bugs and offer triaging and root cause analysis capabilities to the engineers.<br/><br/> - Provides cross-training and education to test personnel as required.<br/><br/> - Assists in the collection of test metrics, understands the trends, and suggest appropriate corrective actions.<br/><br/> - Identifies and reports software defects in an appropriate manner and follows the defined defect lifecycle.<br/><br/> - Follows standard development processes and procedures.<br/><br/> - Work with various team to promote QA processes, practices and standardization.<br/><br/> - Provides training, guidance, and feedback to testing team members.<br/><br/><b>Qualification & Experience :</b><br/><br/> - 4 to 7 Years of experience as QA Engineer working on Manual Testing and handling Customer tickets.<br/><br/> - Must have Bachelor's Degree i.e BTech / BE /MS/MTech in CS/IT/ECE/EE/Data Science/AI/ML or any relevant field.<br/><br/> - Having Good knowledge and experience in testing Microservices.<br/><br/> - Experience in testing APIs, complex backend distributed/cloud enabled applications.<br/><br/> - Working knowledge of Postman or similar REST API.<br/><br/> - Experience testing with containers, cloud, virtualization, and configuration management.<br/><br/> - Understanding the Requirements and write the Test Plan documents and granular level Test cases (covering all types of testing +ve, -ve, corner case, Boundary analysis.etc).<br/><br/> - Understanding of the Customer Tickets and able to analyze and come up with the test cases and work with Developers/CSM/PM in order to prioritize the ticket.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer requirements with business objectives, ensuring alignment and clarity.<br/><br/> - Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and customer support to ensure a smooth testing process.<br/><br/> - Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defect reports, and customer tickets; generate quality metrics for management.<br/><br/> - Monitor and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely manner, providing feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br/><br/> - Share patterns or recurring issues with product and engineering teams to inform product improvements or bug fixes.<br/><br/> - Experience with NoSQL DB, preferably MongoDB.<br/><br/> - Knowledge of JIRA, Git,Confluence.<br/><br/> - Proficient with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, QA methodologies, Defect Management System, and Documentation.<br/><br/> - Understanding of Functional Test methods and different phases of testing: System Integration, System Testing & User Acceptance Testing.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with other developers across multiple departments.<br/><br/> - Actively participate in improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<br/><br/> - Working knowledge of Test Automation is an added advantage (any automation tool Selenium, WebDriver-IO ).<br/><br/><b>When You Join Reputation, You Can Expect :</b><br/><br/> - Flexible working arrangements.<br/><br/> - Career growth with paid training tuition opportunities.<br/><br/> - Active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to engage with.<br/><br/> - An equitable work environment.<br/><br/> We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
