This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to the growth of a top-tier SaaS company.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Be Doing :</b><br/><br/>- Distributed Systems Development : Design, develop, and maintain Responsive application ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.<br/><br/>- Performance Tuning : Monitor and optimize performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring low-latency query responses.<br/><br/>- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and UX designers, to deliver seamless and intuitive experiences.<br/><br/>- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technologies, conducting research and experimentation to drive innovation.<br/><br/><b>What Were Looking For :</b><br/><br/><b>- Education : </b>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
<br/><br/><b>- Experience : </b>2 to 5 years of experience in software design, development, and algorithm-related solutions using Java and related technologies.
<br/><br/><b>Skills, Qualifications & Ability :</b><br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Java programming, Java design patterns, and server-side Java development.
<br/><br/>- Demonstrated versatility in multiple front-end and back-end technologies such as Spring, React, MongoDB,, etc.
<br/><br/>- Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of cloud-native services for AI/ML, data storage, and processing.
<br/><br/>- Expertise in search and retrieval technologies, including search platforms like ElasticSearch, Apache Solr, or similar, with experience in AI-driven solutions, Natural Language Processing (NLP), semantic search, and text processing techniques is a plus.
<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD).
<br/><br/>- Scrum and JIRA experience is a plus.
<br/><br/>- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
