<p></p><p>Customer Success Manager </p><p><br/></p><p>REVE Chat is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager based in India to manage and grow relationships with our global customer base.

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive maximum value from our AI-powered live chat and chatbot platform.<br/><br/>This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS or customer-facing tech roles, who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers achieve success through technology.<br/><br/><b>Location</b>: Dubai (Remote Hybrid)<br/><br/><b>Job Type</b>: Full-time<br/><br/><b>Working Hours</b>: Primarily aligned with US and European time zones<br/><br/><b>Compensation</b> - No bar for right candidate<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from on-boarding through adoption and long-term success.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand each customers business goals and recommend solutions using REVE Chats features and capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct virtual on-boarding, product demos, and training sessions tailored to various use cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts to reduce churn.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle customer escalations professionally and work cross-functionally with product and support teams to resolve issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with the sales team to identify up-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collect and share customer feedback to help shape the product road-map and improve customer experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM and support Bachelors/master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS or tech company.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience managing international customers, particularly in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with tools like Hub-spot, Intercom, Zen-desk, or similar platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with US/European time zones.<br/><br/></p><p>- Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred for this role<br/><br/><b>What We Offer:</b><br/><br/>- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Flexible remote/hybrid work setup from Dubai.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to working with global clients in a fast-growing SaaS company.<br/><br/></p><p>- Supportive and collaborative team culture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.<br/></p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
