<p><p><br/><b>Role Overview</b><br/><br/>RheinBr- cke is seeking an accomplished ERP Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Epicor ERP implementation projects.
This leadership role requires strong project governance, client engagement, and cross-functional team management skills to ensure successful execution of ERP programs across diverse business functions.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery expertise to meet business and technology objectives.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/><b>1.
Project Leadership & Governance</b><br/><br/>- Own overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.<br/><br/>- Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, sponsor reviews, and status reporting to senior stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Drive adherence to implementation methodologies and industry best practices to ensure predictable and high-quality outcomes.<br/><br/><b>2.
Delivery Management</b><br/><br/>- Oversee the execution of ERP solutions across business domains including Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, HR, and Payroll.<br/><br/>- Manage critical implementation phases such as requirement gathering, solution design, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live.<br/><br/>- Control project scope, mitigate risks, and manage change requests to maintain alignment with business goals.<br/><br/>- Monitor key performance indicators, budget utilization, and progress against milestones.<br/><br/><b>3.
Stakeholder & Client Management</b><br/><br/>- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Facilitate communication across technical, functional, and executive stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Present project status, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership and governance bodies.<br/><br/><b>4.
Team Leadership & Resource Management</b><br/><br/>- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors.<br/><br/>- Allocate and optimize resources to ensure effective delivery and productivity.<br/><br/>- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across distributed teams and multiple time zones.<br/><br/><b>5.
Risk & Quality Assurance</b><br/><br/>- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.<br/><br/>- Maintain oversight of quality standards to ensure compliance with project objectives and client expectations.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Experience</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years experience managing ERP implementation projects; prior Epicor ERP exposure is a significant advantage.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of ERP technologies and business process domains; experience in both on-premise and cloud ERP environments preferred.<br/><br/>- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly desirable.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, vendor relationships, and geographically dispersed resources.<br/><br/>- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivery excellence.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
