<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Job Title :</b> Technical Program Manager.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Naraina Vihar, New Delhi - 110028.<br/><br/><b>Employment Type :</b> Full-Time, In-office.<br/><br/><b>About Roadcast :</b><br/><br/>Roadcast is a leading logistics and supply-chain technology company transforming how enterprises manage fleets, deliveries, and field operations.<br/><br/>Our platform powers real-time tracking, route optimization, and automation for businesses across industries helping them achieve transparency, efficiency, and scalability in logistics.<br/><br/>Were now scaling rapidly and expanding our engineering leadership to build the next generation of our platform powered by AI, Golang microservices, and world-class user experiences.<br/><br/><b>The Role :</b><br/><br/>Were looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to work directly with our CTO and lead program execution across all major technology streams Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps.<br/><br/>Youll act as the connective tissue between engineering teams, product, and leadership ensuring smooth coordination, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/>The CTO will focus on customer requirements, AI initiatives, and platform evolution while you take charge of translating that vision into execution.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Do :</b><br/><br/>- Drive planning, coordination, and execution across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps teams.<br/><br/>- Translate business and product goals into clear technical deliverables and timelines.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with tech leads to define scope, dependencies, and sprint plans.<br/><br/>- Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks across teams.<br/><br/>- Coordinate cross-functional efforts ensuring alignment between mobile, web, and API systems.<br/><br/>- Participate in architecture and design discussions; understand technical trade-offs and dependencies.<br/><br/>- Manage program dashboards, delivery timelines, and communication with the CTO and leadership team.<br/><br/>- Lead QA coordination, testing, and release planning across teams.<br/><br/>- Join customer discussions when needed, representing the tech team confidently and clearly.<br/><br/>- Drive process improvements in estimation, release management, and quality assurance.<br/><br/><b>What Were Looking For :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership roles in fast-paced startups or product companies.<br/><br/>- Strong technical foundation ideally with hands-on experience in :<br/><br/>1.
Python (legacy systems).<br/><br/>2.
Golang (current backend stack).<br/><br/>3.
