<p></p><p><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/>As a Robotics Engineer, you will work on designing, developing, and testing robotic systems.

</p><p><br/></p><p>This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in areas like autonomous navigation, robot perception, machine learning, and control systems.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p>- System Design & Development : Design and develop robotic systems, including hardware (e.g., sensors, actuators, controllers) and software (e.g., algorithms, control systems).<br/><br/><p>- Autonomous Navigation : Work on algorithms for autonomous robot navigation, including path planning, localization, and motion control.</p><br/><p>- Sensor Integration : Integrate and optimize sensor systems (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs, etc.) to provide feedback for robot perception and decision-making.</p><br/><p>- Machine Learning : Implement machine learning algorithms for robot vision, decision-making, and object recognition.</p><br/><p>- Control Systems : Develop and optimize control algorithms for precise robot movement, grasping, manipulation, and other robotic tasks.</p><br/><p>- Testing & Validation : Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of robotic systems in both lab environments and real-world applications.</p><br/><p>- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and data scientists, to deliver integrated robotic solutions.</p><br/><p>- Documentation : Document design specifications, test results, and maintain clear records of work for both internal and external stakeholders.</p><br/><p>- Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics, AI, and automation to drive innovation within the company.</p><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><b><br/></b><b>- Education : </b>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying robotic systems.<br/><br/><p>- Strong experience with robot programming and control systems (ROS, RTOS, or similar).</p><br/><p>- Experience with sensor integration (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs, etc.) and multi-sensor fusion.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.</p><br/><p>- Experience with robotic simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, V-REP, Webots).</p><br/><p>- Solid understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and control theory.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience with hardware components like actuators, motors, and embedded systems.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to robotics (e.g., reinforcement learning, object recognition).</p><br/><b>Tools & Software :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with version control (Git).<br/><br/><p>- Familiarity with CAD tools for hardware design (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of cloud platforms and edge computing for real-time robot data processing.</p><br/><p>- Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and system integration.</p><br/><p>- Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.</p><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Advanced Robotics : Experience with autonomous mobile robots, drones, or industrial robots.<br/><br/><p>- AI & Perception : Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for robotic perception tasks (object detection, segmentation, etc.).</p><br/><p>- Control Theory : Advanced knowledge of control algorithms (PID, Model Predictive Control, Kalman Filters, etc.).</p><br/><p>- Industrial Robotics : Experience with industrial automation and robotics (e.g., ABB, KUKA, FANUC).</p><br/><p>- Hardware Prototyping : Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and embedded systems development (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, FPGA).</p><br/><p>- Publications & Contributions : Participation in robotics competitions (e.g., RoboCup, DARPA challenges), open-source robotics projects, or academic publications in robotics.</p><p></p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
