<p><p><b>About the role :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- This is a HANDS-ON role with a passion for understanding problems & opportunities, envisioning solutions, designing & developing end-to-end automations with Blue Prism RPA platform and VBA.
The position brings deep SME knowledge and proven delivery experience in the RPA domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- The role is 70% focused on new projects and 30% on providing production :</b></p><p><br/></p>- A university (4-year) bachelors degree in computer science is a must-have.<br/><br/></p><p>- Any scripting knowledge is added an advantage<br/><br/></p><p>- Having Blue Prism Professional Developer certification is added an Experience haves :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Must have a minimum of 3years in VBA development and MS SQL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have a minimum experience of 3 years developing and deploying botbased automations using latest version of the Blue Prism platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have a minimum experience of 1 years performing Blue Prism administrative tasks like user management, scheduling, monitoring resources & capacity, resolving exceptions & issues, and moving packages across different environments.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Must have the technological curiosity and skill to convert a business problem to a technical problem from an Automation to have :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Prior experience with Power Automate, Power pages and Dataverse is a :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Work with the business leaders to analyze and understand the current state of the business processes, identify solutions for the TO-BE state.</p><br/></p><p>- Develop the TO-BE design that addresses the core needs adhering to the Blue Prism design principles & conventions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Unit test and UAT support<br/><br/></p><p>- Track issues, bugs and fix them in a timely fashion.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor, refine & improve processes and workflows based on customer feedback.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain automation related documentation like PDD, SDD, Factors :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Be a relentless voice for the customer within the development and operations team and constantly look for ways to improve customer experience.</p><br/></p><p>- Inquisitive mind, not afraid to ask questions and express opinions for the betterment of<br/>the operations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Have a pleasant, outgoing attitude with a passion to build strong relations with internal<br/>and external customers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-driven, motivated self-starter and not requiring day-to-day micromanagement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Critical thinking, analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude<br/><br/></p><p>- Possess fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be able to clearly articulate the - what, why, when, where, who and how.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be able to function in an environment where the team is virtual and (ref:hirist.tech)
