<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>Bot Monitoring & Operational Support :</p><br/><p>- Continuously monitor bot execution in production environments using RPA control panels or orchestration tools (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Anywhere Control Room, Blue Prism Control Center).</p><br/><p>- Identify and respond promptly to job failures, schedule discrepancies, and system alerts.</p><br/><p>- Track the status of bots, queues, schedules, and bot runners/agents to ensure SLA compliance.</p><br/><p>- Ensure all automated processes function correctly and complete successfully as expected by business users.</p><br/><p>- Generate daily/weekly reports on bot performance, exceptions, and system uptime.</p><br/><p>Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution :</p><br/><p>- Investigate and diagnose the root causes of failed automations using logs, execution traces, and control room insights.</p><br/><p>- Independently fix minor code-related issues such as selector re-capturing, logic errors, or script corrections to restore bot functionalitywhile keeping developers informed.</p><br/><p>- Resolve non-code-related issues including credential expiries, timeout errors, or application unavailability without unnecessary escalation.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with senior RPA developers to resolve complex code bugs or environment-level issues beyond minor fixes.</p><br/><p>Continuous Improvement & Collaboration :</p><br/><p>- Contribute to improving monitoring frameworks and alerting systems for early issue detection.</p><br/><p>- Document incidents, resolutions, and workarounds to enhance the knowledge base for future reference.</p><br/><p>- Communicate proactively with business users, support teams, and RPA CoE to ensure smooth bot operations and high availability.</p><br/><p><b>Key Skills & Requirements :</b></p><br/><p>- 2 to 5 years of experience in RPA support, monitoring, or maintenance roles.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience with one or more RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of RPA architecture, orchestrator tools, bot queues, and scheduling.</p><br/><p>- Basic knowledge of bot development concepts (selectors, workflows, variable handling, exception management).</p><br/><p>- Good analytical and troubleshooting skillscapable of identifying and resolving issues independently.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with incident management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) preferred.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.</p><br/><p><b>Why Join Us :</b></p><br/><p>- Work remotely in a permanent WFH setup with a strong RPA operations team.</p><br/><p>- Opportunity to grow into RPA development, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.</p><br/><p>- Be part of a process-driven organization focusing on automation excellence and innovation.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
