<p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be a productive member of the team.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 4- 8 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including advanced customization and integration.</p><p><br/>- Lead the full automation of 32 ServiceNow access request catalog items for user provisioning and de-provisioning via SailPoint IIQ.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze and assess existing ServiceNow catalog items to determine optimal automation strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and SailPoint IIQ based on defined requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with SailPoint engineers and ServiceNow teams to deploy and validate automation across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct end-to-end testing for each catalog automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the liaison between catalog owners, the ServiceNow team, the SailPoint team, and leadership.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review and analyze currently onboarded applications in IIQ that lack JIT configuration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and enable JIT certification and automated termination processing for applicable applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations and changes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong Java programming skills for rule and connector development within SailPoint.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, particularly for catalog </p><p>automation and workflow enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with IAM operations, user lifecycle management, and JIT provisioning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong documentation and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, DevOps pipelines, and testing environments.<br/><br/><b>Benefits :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- A challenging, innovating environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Opportunities for learning where needed.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
