The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of projects, overseeing program management, leading project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The role involves analyzing project requirements, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft PlannerHands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)Hands on agile methodologies especially scrum / kanban based executionShould be hands on in JiraEnsuring consistent delivery quality across all streams of workReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationRequirementsGreat educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managersProven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sectorSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficePMP / PRINCE II certification is a plusHaving experience in any IAM system especially SailPoint related product implementation and support will be a great positive.Years of Exp:10 Years
