As a Sales Specialist, you will sell automation and IIoT solutions, bridging technical and business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify leads, build pipeline, and manage full sales cycle.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and propose solutions.
- Present technical solutions, demos, proofs of concept, and ROI cases.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, upsell and expand accounts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech + MBA.
- 3–4 years’ experience selling automation / IIoT / smart manufacturing solutions.
- Strong technical acumen in control systems, IoT, and automation concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in business development or solution sales.
