    Our client is a leading global medical technology company that provides innovative solutions in diagnostic and therapeutic imaging, laboratory diagnostics, and digital health services.

    Job Description

    The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the PAN India sales function for the lab diagnostics solutions business, managing a business size of approx.

    USD 50 million.
  • Engage with a diverse client base including standalone labs, diagnostic chains, and hospitals across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
  • Responsible for strategic sales planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and channel partner development.
  • The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate must have-

  • 20+ years of experience in sales for IVD/medical device, with minimum 10 years of experience in manager management.
  • Proven ability to engage with CXOs and key decision-makers in diagnostics/hospital chains.
  • Strong target orientation with a consistent track record of sales achievement.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills - open-minded, empathetic, adaptable, and effective in a matrix environment.
  • Exposure to managing business partners/distributors along with internal cross-functional leadership
