JOB TITLE :   Sales Manager- West (Mobile Robotics)

  Job Purpose:   Grow the business in the defined region in order to meet the organisation’s strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term  
  Role Expectations:   
-  Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company’s products and services on a continuing basis  
-  Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation  
-  Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner  
-  Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders  
-  Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications  
-  Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions  
-  Reporting structure:   Role will report into VP MR Sales  
-  Interactions:   Internal Stakeholders: Sales, Lead Generation team and Solutioning Team, Project Manager MR  
-  External Stakeholders: Customers at CXO level, Plant heads etc.
 
 
 II.
 PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS    
  Profile:     
-  BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, ECE or Industrial engineering  
-  MBA in Marketing  
-  With 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing domain, automotive, white goods, FMCG industry, consultative /solution selling, industrial automation B2B sales (Machine automation, Motion control automation ,material handling automation) etc.
 
 
-  Experience in driving west region sales is a must.
 
 
 Requisites:   Background in mobile robotics solution sales within manufacturing, e-commerce, or 3PL sectors.
