Sales Manager – Modular Kitchen Manufacturer

Location:
Aundh, Pune

Experience Required: Minimum 5–6 years in Sales (preferably in Modular Kitchens, Interior Solutions, or Home Improvement)

Age Range: 30–45 years

Gender:
Male / Female

Education: Graduate (Any discipline; MBA preferred)

We are a leading Modular Kitchen manufacturing firm based in Pune, known for delivering high-quality, customized kitchen solutions.

With a strong presence across Maharashtra, we are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the Aundh region.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive sales of modular kitchen products through direct client engagement and channel partners

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments

  • Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and offer tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in modular kitchens, furniture, or interior products

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand technical drawings and design concepts

  • Familiarity with Pune’s geography, especially areas like Aundh, Wakad, Chinchwad, Kalewadi, Thergaon, and Baner

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

  • Own vehicle preferred for site visits

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
