Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales opportunities in partnership with Sales Agents, leveraging a 200–300 level understanding of cloud licensing programs.

  • Effectively position cloud licensing benefits against competitive licensing models for Sales Agents and customers.

  • Provide clear and accurate licensing guidance to sellers and customers to ensure proper alignment with the most suitable cloud licensing programs.

  • Educate customers on the correct and optimized usage of cloud licenses.

  • Regularly review the sales pipeline to ensure adherence to licensing strategy and guidance.

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of cloud LSP (Licensing Solution Provider) Partners to drive new and renewal business across the country.

  • Establish and support Centers of Excellence (COEs) as needed to promote best practices.

  • Stay continuously informed about the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing, both from cloud providers and competitors.


Skills Needed:

  • Graduation degree preferred.

  • 2–3 years of team management or leadership experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in IT licensing renewals, with a strong track record of performance and goal attainment.

  • Experience with cloud solutions such as Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365—or similar platforms—is preferred.

  • Background in sales or customer service relationship management; phone-based interaction experience is a plus.

  • Proactive, self-motivated professional with a history of exceeding performance targets.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication capabilities—comfortable engaging via phone, email, and presentations.

  • Broad understanding of the IT industry, with the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of specific products and business solutions.

  • Results-driven and achievement-oriented, with a passion for success and motivation by performance-based rewards and strong cross-functional collaboration.
