<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and flexible technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design data models, security models, and integration architectures between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage solution documentation, data migration strategies, and system scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend relevant enhancements.<br/><br/><p><b>Required Technical Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools </p><p>(MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Sound understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and deployment processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data modeling, and design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.<br/><br/><p><b>Must-Have Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect (or higher preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations or large-scale CRM transformation </p><p>projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and client-facing skills for requirement gathering and solution </p><p>presentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.<br/><br/><b>Good to Have : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or AI-driven Salesforce tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of data governance and compliance (GDPR, SOC2).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
