<p><p><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Define and drive architectural vision and standards across Salesforce development, integration, and environment management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the design of scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce applications across multiple clouds (e.
g., Sales, Service, Experience, Health Cloud).<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate complex business requirements into well-architected solutions that balance platform best practices, performance, and cost-efficiency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce data architecture, security, performance optimization, and governor limits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide design decisions around integration strategies (REST, SOAP, Middleware), custom APIs, and external system alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide architectural oversight during development cycles, ensuring alignment with design principles and standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to validate designs, support planning, and manage risk.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead environment strategy, including sandbox usage, data management, and DevOps pipeline design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support technical governance by enforcing reusable design patterns, naming conventions, and documentation standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current on Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and ecosystem tools; provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor developers and admins across the Salesforce team, fostering continuous learning and solution quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Actively contribute to development efforts when necessary, including resolving security vulnerabilities, addressing technical debt, and supporting urgent production issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Occasionally support DevOps and deployment planning, particularly for large-scale initiatives.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.<br/><br/></p><p>- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years in a Salesforce architecture or lead developer role, with responsibility for system design and cross-team collaboration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, caching strategies, data model design, and large data volumes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with system integrations and API design (REST/SOAP) using middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi is preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Salesforce DX, Metadata API, Unlocked Packages, and CLI tooling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to guide technical conversations and influence stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are strongly preferred.
