<p><p><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Collaborate directly with clients to gather business and technical requirements and define Salesforce architectural solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design scalable and robust Salesforce implementations with a deep understanding of platform limits, security best practices, and performance optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own the technical delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring code quality, design best practices, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and execute deployment activities including version control, pull request management, and post-deployment validation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work independently on user stories and proactively identify areas for improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QEs, and business analysts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support testing and defect resolution in collaboration with the QA team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud is highly : </b></p><p><br/>- 4+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.</p><br/></p><p>- Proven hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and workflow automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools, source control (Git), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce CLI).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
