<p><p><b>Scope of role :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>Our Digital Solutions team is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who is passionate about enabling all types of users to get the most out of Salesforce.<br/><br/></p><p>The right candidate will have a strong blend of communication skills, business acumen and platform knowledge.<br/><br/></p><p>The right candidate will be energized by managing multiple Salesforce Cloud solutions (Sales, Marketing, Service, Service Cloud Voice, Field Service Management, Experience Cloud, Order Management, CPQ and Logik.IO).<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- In this individual contributor role, you will be working alongside an enthusiastic and talented team with diverse backgrounds, including the Product Owner, Developer, Sr. Business Analyst and fellow Salesforce Administrators.<br/><br/>- You will be supporting an environment with over 2,800 users.<br/><br/>- You will be responsible for analyzing the business needs and problems, developing solutions to improve our business processes.<br/><br/>- Analyze an organization or business domain, document the business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology.<br/><br/>- Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify system processes through evaluation of business objectives, drivers, and success metrics.<br/><br/>- Document business requirements and detailed functional and technical specifications from multi-department stakeholders for review and delivery to the development team using agile model as well as develop epics, user stories, and their acceptance criteria for agile delivery.<br/><br/>- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain system processes, including the delivery of regular status reports to all appropriate parties.<br/><br/>- Participate in project delivery and process optimization to support the execution of projects using various project methodologies including performing configuration within a variety of software packages.<br/><br/>- Identify change management processes and techniques to handle change within a business with minimal disruption to business activities.<br/><br/>- Design agile change strategies to help navigate the transformation process and prepare for future releases.<br/><br/>- Maintain awareness of best practices including processes and technology and identify opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.<br/><br/>- Ability to take a topic of higher complexity and break it into topics that are digestible by technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Handle multiple engagements simultaneously without compromising accountability or reducing level of engagement.<br/><br/>- Experience designing and delivering practical change interventions including stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and communication plan.<br/><br/>- Provide guidance feedback to more junior analysts within the team to elevate their level of capabilities.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Technical Skills Preferred/Required :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst required.<br/><br/>- Change management experience preferred.<br/><br/>- Project management experience preferred.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.<br/><br/>- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices, security constructs, integration patterns and development options.<br/><br/><b>Other Skills Required :</b><br/><br/>- Excellent listening, communication, facilitation and presentation soft skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to define and communicate the big picture in terms of the solution (both functional and technical components) and break it down into smaller manageable work units.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus builder, and issue resolution skills.<br/><br/>- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and fostering the culture of technical collaboration.<br/><br/>- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language and to interface on business and technical concepts.<br/><br/>- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to lead multiple strategic initiatives under time and resource constraints, as well as the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment.<br/><br/>- Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/>- Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex
