<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Salesforce Tech Lead.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 6+ years.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Faridabad, Jaipur, Gurugram.<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to design, develop, and manage high-performance Salesforce solutions.<br/>The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle complex technical challenges while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and work on Aura components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle complex data models and ensure robust integrations with external systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee deployments and ensure smooth release management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in LWC and hands-on experience with Aura Components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong deployment knowledge using CI/CD tools and release management best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to handle complex data structures and high-volume environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in team management and mentoring developers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform App Builder, or Architect) are an added advantage.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
