<p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>The Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Consultant/Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.<br/><br/>The role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, including hands-on configuration, customization, and integration.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while adhering to best practices and ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design and implement Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.<br/><br/>- Perform hands-on configuration and customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.<br/><br/>- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.<br/><br/>- Configure and manage Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and related communication workflows.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain reusable components, technical documentation, and coding standards.<br/><br/>- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment across multiple environments.<br/><br/>- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and deliver within timelines.<br/><br/>- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and new capabilities to recommend relevant enhancements.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- 4 to 9 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.<br/><br/>- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and external system connectivity.<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of Omni-Channel setup, CTI integrations, and customer support workflows.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and version control systems.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Certifications such as ADM201, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.<br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
