                <p><p><b>Title :</b> Salesforce CPQ Architect<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 10 to 15 years<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Hyderabad<br/><br/><b>Must have : </b>Salesforce CPQ<br/><br/><b>Role And Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Act as the lead architect and subject matter expert for the Salesforce RCA solution, overseeing end-to-end design from CPQ migration to RCA implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct architectural planning, including data models, workflows, integrations, UI customizations, and AI driven enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical designs, evaluating RCA features like Custom code in Apex and LWC, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, and Agentforce.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead solution design workshops, presentations, and reviews for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, analysts, AI specialists) on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and innovative solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce governance, while identifying risks and recommending mitigations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with the Program Manager to align architecture with project timelines, budget, and scope.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee the reuse of existing APIs and integrations, optimizing for efficiency in the quotes management process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive strategic decisions on AI integration to accelerate development, such as using generative AI for code generation or process automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical liaison between the project team, client's IT, and business units, facilitating knowledge transfer.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ/RCA Architect or Lead Consultant on large-scale, complex enterprise projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, development frameworks (Apex, LWC, Flow Designer, Workflow Builder), and integration patterns (Integration Hub).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record in CPQ-to-RCA transitions, with strong knowledge of revenue lifecycle management and quotes configuration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with AI/ML capabilities, particularly Salesforce's AI suite (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with UI customization, modern user experiences, and Experience Cloud for portal development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Architect is required; additional certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud) highly desirable.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and experience managing dependencies in multi-vendor environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Willingness to work in India time zones with occasional global collaboration; remote/hybrid options available.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
