<p><p><b>Salesforce CPQ for Pune and Bangalore Location.</b><br/><br/><b>Experience : </b>-5-10 Yrs<br/><br/><b>Job Location </b>- Pune/Bangalore<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Configure prototypes in a Salesforce sandbox environment (non-production) for CPQ & Billing renewal and amendment use cases,<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with Technical Lead in the team in providing development and support services for Salesforce applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with functional leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical support and guidance to the development team, including analysis, troubleshooting, and working on technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions, including creating custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in project planning and management for Salesforce technical activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and train technical team members in Salesforce development best practices and standards<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction with technical deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously evaluate and improve technical processes and methodologies to achieve greater efficiency and quality in Salesforce application support services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Being willing to work outside of your scheduled shift or taking on extra hours to ensure the success of a project or meet the needs of customers in different time zones.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working effectively with team members across different shifts to ensure that projects are completed seamlessly without any issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Managing time and tasks effectively to complete assigned duties within the scheduled shift timings.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce development (preferably Sales Cloud & CPQ/Billing)<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field<br/><br/></p><p>- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in Salesforce application development and administration<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Salesforce technical aspects, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in developing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in training and mentoring technical team members.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator would be preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology would be preferred.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
