Overview Seeking an expert-level CRM Analytics consultant to
lead, architect, and own
end-to-end Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
The role combines technical leadership, solution definition, business stakeholder engagement, and advanced feature development—including data integration, notification systems, performance management, and scalable packaging.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Solution Design & Ownership Architect, implement, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, high-impact dashboards, recipes, data flows, and integrated analytics products.
Advanced Feature Development Build and customize advanced features such as integrated notifications (beyond out-of-the-box capabilities), bespoke filters, and user-specific access controls.
Integration & Packaging Design and deploy CRM Analytics managed packages for internal or external distribution; lead complex integration projects with external data sources (BigQuery, Tableau, etc.) and ensure performance at scale.
Security & Access Management Implement robust, multi-level security, including page, dashboard, and data-set level controls using predicates, permission sets, and custom UI components.
Stakeholder Management Engage directly with business teams, gather technical and functional requirements, deliver demos, address issues, and drive ongoing enhancements and user adoption.
Performance Optimization Troubleshoot and optimize large data workflows, recipes and dashboards—including error resolution, performance tuning, and best practice enforcement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications 8+ years’ hands-on experience in
Salesforce CRM Analytics
(Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM), with proven solution design and strategic ownership Deep expertise in dashboard-building, advanced recipes, data flows, and analytics integrations, including complex external data sets Strong background in managed package development and deployment for Salesforce analytics applications Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (SAQL/SOQL), dashboard inspector, and advanced troubleshooting Working knowledge of Lightning Components, custom UI/widget creation, and user experience design for analytics interfaces Experience with advanced security predicates, permission set groups, and multi-tier access and visibility management Track record of directly interacting with cross-functional stakeholders, gathering requirements, and driving solution adoption Strong communication and presentation skills; able to articulate technical concepts to business users and senior stakeholders Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Analytics Developer, Salesforce Certified Consultant, Salesforce Architect Certification Key Attributes Strategic thinker with strong ownership mindset; able to define and deliver CRM Analytics roadmap Problem solver—can identify, analyze, and resolve performance, integration, and security challenges Self-starter, proactive leader with proven track record in delivering measurable analytics value at scale Collaborative team player, comfortable working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple priorities
