Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Mumbai - Santa Cruz /Bandra

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet business goals efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
  • Evaluate and propose enhancements to current Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and third-party vendors to implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes, including test plan creation and defect resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce features and industry best practices.
  • Ensure solutions comply with data governance and security standards.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., Reports, Dashboards, Lightning).
  • Proven ability to create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
  • Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations (e.g., marketing automation, CPQ, e-commerce).
  • Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or other development-related aspects of Salesforce (nice to have).
