Salesforce CRM QA Analyst Job Opening In India, India – Now Hiring Digitrix Software LLP


Job description

The candidate should have strong analytical abilities, good experience in Salesforce CRM application manual testing, coding skills for automation, excellent teamwork and great communication skills.

This role will also support junior team members on test script creation and automation

What you’ll need:

Strong IT professional with 6 to 9 years of experience in both manual and automation testing frameworks mainly in Salesforce CRM application.

The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high on ownership and accountability

Must have

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Application testing
  • 4+ Years of experience in Agile development environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in QA testing web services and possesses the ability to develop test scripts and scenarios
  • Strong hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, building, and maintaining effective QA test coverage which meet functional requirements and specifications.

    (Smoke, Functional, Regression, E2E, Performance, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in automating web applications across platforms using test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber and JUnit etc.
  • Good experience and coding skills in Selenium with Java, OOPS Concept
  • Proficiency integrating test suite with tools in the DevOps/CICD pipelines
  • Good Knowledge and experience in Test management tools JIRA, AIO etc.
  • Exposure to web technologies (HTTP, XML, REST, HTML, etc)
  • Experienced with Testing and CI tools (Eclipse, Jenkins, GIT, GitHub/Bitbucket)
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges
  • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
  • Able to lead E2E level testing when it demands
  • Keep monitoring, providing test and automation status and raising issues and potential risks to Test Lead/Manager
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
