<p><p><b>Position</b> : salesforce Data cloud.<br/><br/> <b>Location</b> : Bangalore.<br/><br/> <b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/> <b>How you will contribute :</b><br/><br/> - Ability to independently own and execute the tasks assigned while providing assistance to junior team members as required.<br/><br/> - Ensure high quality outputs incl.
assuming responsibility for the work of junior team members.<br/><br/> - Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts.<br/><br/> - Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.<br/><br/> - Assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements.<br/><br/> - Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.<br/><br/> - Design and implement scalable data models, build ERD diagrams.<br/><br/> - Build/configure ingestion, data modeling, segmentation, and activation within Salesforce Data Cloud and understand the various cloud platforms that Salesforce Data Cloud can integrate with.<br/><br/> - Employ best design standards while delivering an efficient solution.<br/><br/> - Conduct regular reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security.<br/><br/> - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business goals.<br/><br/> - Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes, architectures, and code.<br/><br/> <b>Must have Skills :</b><br/><br/> - Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud or a similar data platform.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce Data Cloud such as data ingestion, data mapping, identity resolution, etc.<br/><br/> - Good knowledge of data modeling and SQL.<br/><br/> - Ability to establish data models, work with APIs, and configurations.<br/><br/> - Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.<br/><br/> - Ability to analyze and build automations, write code snippets using SSJS.<br/><br/> - Good understanding of file handling using CSV files.<br/><br/> - Strong technical problem-solving skills.<br/><br/> - Ability to assess the impacts on technical design due to changes in functional requirements.<br/><br/> - Conduct peer reviews, provide recommendations or identify issues, and collaborate well with the team.<br/><br/> - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/> <b>Good to Have Skills :</b><br/><br/> - Good understanding of data modelling concepts.<br/><br/> - Good knowledge on complex SQL, API handling.<br/><br/> - Experience/ knowledge on tools such as DB Weaver, Postman.<br/><br/> - Good understanding on the marketing concepts and overall flow in marketing automation space.<br/><br/> - Certified Accredited Professional in Salesforce Data Cloud.<br/><br/> - Certification on Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
