<p></p><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p></p><p><b><br/></b></p>We're seeking a proactive and technically adept Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Max, Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Apex.
The ideal candidate will support our global service delivery, working in US-centric shifts, managing end-to-end implementations, configurations, enhancements, and ongoing support of field service and service cloud Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop, configure, and optimize Service Max and Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality </p><p>within Salesforce to support service operations.</p><p><br/></p>- Build custom logic and automation using Apex, SOQL, Flows, Triggers, and declarative tools.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Implement and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud features to support case management, </p><p>entitlements, work orders, and SLAs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create efficient Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience in both web </p><p>and mobile Salesforce environments (desirable).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and clients during design, </p><p>development, and delivery phases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical troubleshooting, debugging, and user support for production issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Adhere to best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate through the full lifecycle : requirement gathering, solution design, development, </p><p>UAT, and deployment across environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Operate in a US-shift schedule, ensuring timely delivery and global client Skillsets :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Service Max : Hands-on implementation and support of Service Max modules within Salesforce.</p><p><br/></p>- Field Service Lightning (FSL) : Proficiency in setup, scheduling, dispatcher console, mobile app <p></p><p>configuration, work orders, service appointments, territories, and optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Service Cloud : Experience with service console configuration, case management, </p><p>entitlements, and SLA processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apex : Strong experience writing custom classes, triggers, and backend logic in :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lightning Web Components (LWC) : Ability to develop and enhance custom components, </p><p>especially for user interfaces or mobile Process : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Level 1 (L1) Technical Round : Online or telephonic technical evaluation focusing on Salesforce development, Service Max, FSL, Apex, and scenario-based problem-solving.</p><p><br/></p>- Client Round : Behavioral and functional evaluation with the business/client to assess cultural fit, communication, and delivery & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</p><p><br/></p>- 3 - 8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, specifically in Service Max and FSL.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are a plus.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
