<p><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, as well as a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security.
This role requires both technical development skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.<br/><br/>- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts.<br/><br/>- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.<br/><br/>- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.<br/><br/>- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and data sharing models.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Admins, Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.<br/><br/>- Write and maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and platform innovations to recommend enhancements.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).<br/><br/>- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration.<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
