<p><p><b>Position : </b> Salesforce Developer<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 35 Years<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Hybrid in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Gurgaon<br/><br/><b>Duration : </b> 6 Months (Contract to Hire)<br/><br/><b>Job Summary : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a commitment to working on-site for two days a week.
You will be a key member of our development workstreams, contributing from design through deployment, and will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and success of our Salesforce projects.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>- Solution Development : </b> Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
This includes custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Components, Web Services, and API.<br/><br/><b>- Automation & Configuration : </b> Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts.
Provide expert recommendations on when to use configuration vs.
code.<br/><br/><b>- Support & Maintenance : </b> Provide application support by analyzing, replicating, and fixing defects.
You will be responsible for providing a detailed root cause analysis and troubleshooting functional and performance-related issues.<br/><br/><b>- Development Lifecycle : </b> Participate in all phases of the development workstream, from design to testing and deployment.
You will assist in estimating work effort and setting realistic project schedules.<br/><br/><b>- Code Quality : </b> Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality code.
You will also perform complex bug fixes and refactor legacy code to drive quality improvements.<br/><br/><b>- Deployment & Collaboration : </b> Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new applications and code.
You will work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and global IT teams.<br/><br/><b>- Data Management : </b> Implement complex data migrations and work with tools like Data Loader and databases using SQL and SOQL.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 35 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.<br/><br/>- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Strong experience and knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud processes and capabilities.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Salesforce development languages and tools, including Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Integration.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows.<br/><br/>- Experience with multi-org and multi-currency Salesforce implementations.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Relational Databases, SQL, and SOQL.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado and Jira.<br/><br/>Salesforce Developer</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
